Services Description:

Elevate Your Shift provides online spiritual coaching and energy clearing services. These Services are designed to support personal growth, spiritual development, and overall well-being.

User Account:

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account information updated. You are responsible for the security of your account and any activities or actions under your account.

In the case of using 3rd Party Software to conduct our ONLINE Sessions, companies such as Zoom, Google Meet, and Setmore Booking Sofware may have their own Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policies, and Disclaimers - which may be different than the Terms discribed upon this page.

Payment and Fees:

Fees for the Services will be specified at the time of booking. Payment must be made in advance of the service being provided. All payments are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in these Terms.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund.

Intellectual Property Rights:

This Entire Website and all of its content: "Content", "the Content" - which may include copy, text, style, logo, business name, website template, modules - and the computer code to create such - are owned by Digital Buddha Inc. and Elevate Your Shift (with the exception of 3rd Party Modules, Plugins, Components, and software - which may have their own Terms of Use) - and may not be used (by Whole or in Part) without the Express Written Consent of the Owner(s).

All intellectual property rights in the Services and in any content provided in connection with the Services are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Use of Our Content and Services:

You agree to use our Content and Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Services. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Services, using our Content to falsely represent yourself as connected with our company and services, or any other breach of contract or trust.
